I was looking for a mattress box spring and frames to replace two mattress that had been lost in a flood. At work i was chatting what a struggle I... was having replacing these items the stores I visited where very pushing and the prices where extremely high Today we went to the store and were greeted by a very friendly knowledgeable young man Keshav. He asked what we were looking for and quickly pointed us in the direction of the mattress and told us the advantages and disadvantages of each and the best financial packages that were available. We did not feel pressured to purchase no up sale. He made arrangements that day to deliver our order to Forest. We discovered the one mattress was not the correct size and we did not need the frame . Keshav made no hesitation to tell us we could return and he would refund our money. This experience was stress free about fifty percent cheaper then other locations i had visited. We were shopping around for mattresses and beddings and friends recommended Vinny’s. We were met by Keshav and he showed us everything you needed to know about your bedding and... mattresses. He took the time to answer questions we had and provided the best value based on our needs. What impressed me was his honesty and he did not once try to upsell any of their products. Their service is great. I bought a mattress from their place with one year warranty. I had a problem with the mattress after some time but they replaced me with... a completely new one. Highly recommended the place.
